Miniserver not accessible locally

  1. Check connection to your WiFi.
  2. Make sure WiFi settings of your phone/tablet/pc are correct.
  3. Check Loxone Panel’s power supply – make sure that all relevant circuit brakers/RCD’s are in the ON position. Please refer to the board schedule for more information.
  4. Check the status of your Miniserver: https://www.loxone.com/enen/kb/led-states/
  5. Restart your router by simply switching the power off for 30 seconds. Located in the hallway DB under ‘IT Rack’ supply.
  6. Make sure your network configuration has not changed since the system has been installed. (i.e. you haven't had a new router sent to you by your ISP, and no-one has reset the network when troubleshooting.)
