False Alarm Trigger

False Alarm Trigger

  • In the Loxone app, under the Burglar Alarm, click message history to see the cause of the alarm
  • A real trigger would see different trigger times at each sensor. For example, one would expect to see to see a motion sensor (PIR) or door contact (DC) trigger at an entrance, then followed by another internal sensor i.e. the landing if someone went upstairs after coming through the front door. This is the quickest way to tell if someone is in the building.
  • There can be a number of reasons for the false alarm trigger
Please send all emails direct to support@jsjelec.com as this will enable us to log any future queries in the same place and see if there are any trends so we can do further investigation where necessary.
