Standard Gurantee for Loxone Projects

Standard Gurantee for Loxone Projects

Guarantee for all our works is standard 1 year from reasonable completion which is defined as the date the Customer moves into the property. There is a 2 year gurantee however on all Loxone equipment direct with the Manufacturer. Programming tweaks/features is typically 6 months as this is normally enough time for the system to be learnt by it's users, this however is project dependant as it may vary based on complexity.
